The Pioneer Program version is distributed as a direct download (not available in the Chrome Web Store).

Click the button below to download the extension package, then follow the installation instructions to manually load it into Chrome.

Step 1: Download the Extension

Click the download button above to save the BoostBrigade extension file to your computer.

You'll receive a .zip file containing the extension. Save it to a location you can easily find (like your Downloads folder).

Step 2: Extract the Extension Files

Locate the downloaded .zip file in your Downloads folder
Right-click the file and select "Extract All..." (Windows) or double-click (Mac)
Choose a permanent location to extract the files (e.g., Documents/BoostBrigade)
Remember this location - you'll need it for the next step

⚠️ Important: Do not delete or move the extracted folder after installation. Chrome needs to access these files to run the extension.

Step 3: Open Chrome Extensions Page

Open Google Chrome browser
Type chrome://extensions/ in the address bar and press Enter
Alternatively: Click the three dots menu (⋮) → More Tools → Extensions
Enable "Developer mode" using the toggle switch in the top right corner

Step 4: Load the Extension

With Developer mode enabled, click the "Load unpacked" button (appears in the top left)
Navigate to the folder where you extracted the extension files (from Step 2)
Select the folder and click "Select Folder" or "Open"
The BoostBrigade extension should now appear in your extensions list
You should see the BoostBrigade icon (🚀) appear in your Chrome toolbar

💡 Tip: If you don't see the icon in your toolbar, click the puzzle piece icon and pin BoostBrigade for easy access.

Step 5: Verify Installation

Click the BoostBrigade icon in your Chrome toolbar
The extension popup should open - if you're already logged in on this website, it should show your connected status
If not logged in, the extension will prompt you to log in on this website

Step 6: Start Using BoostBrigade

Navigate to LinkedIn.com
The extension will automatically activate when you view posts
Create or view posts to start boosting your engagement
Click the BoostBrigade icon to view your stats and manage boosts

Common Issues:

If Chrome blocks the installation, make sure Developer mode is enabled
If the extension disappears after browser restart, ensure the extracted folder hasn't been moved or deleted
If you see "Extension loading error", verify you selected the correct folder containing the manifest.json file
